My Granddad used Mr Lubnan for years and seemed to like him and had good results. My folks used Tom Lubnan for a lot of different issues and had different results. I went in last week to try to set up an appointment with someone in the office and they said they would call. This week I went in to check with them since I hadnt received a call and was told they were too busy to see me. Can tell you I will never go to them for anything.

Have had 2 unfortunate experiences with this firm. They have not only benefited from monies ensured with them to pay a settlement claim by receiving interest income from their client, but twice putting him in contempt of court for nonpayment on the due date of the settlement by mailing out the settlement check twice, both times late in even mailing the checks resulting in reissuing them blaming the USPS for being late or not arriving at all. Shame on them.
