I switched to Valley almost 10 years ago when I got married. I have only ever had good experiences here. Credit Unions are supposed to be more member-focused, and the Cody branch of Valley certainly is. Any time that I need help, they are competent, friendly and motivated to help me; whether it's Peter, Michelle, Jeff, or anyone else! Just yesterday I was in a bind, not knowing about a payment security limit. I called, they cleared the way for me on the spot and had me stay on the phone to confirm success. I couldn't ask for a better financial institution!
