I arrived 2 minutes past the time I mentioned I would arrive for a consultation with my baby and they Dr Horam didnt care to attend us. Not even talking with the office manager Trudy. They didnt care.
Plus there was no one else to attend.
Baby care is definitely not in their priority.

This used to be my favorite clinic for my kids but lately when I need to make appointments for my 4 year old or my newborn they are quick to say we don't have any today and are really rude.they even refused to treat my newborn when he had a fever last week.i appreciate the emergency department because they seen him fast and actually cared about what I needed done for my son.

This was my 3rd visit to a dr (all different docs) for my 1 year old in a tremendous amount of pain with swollen gums and sores in her mouth. Finally a dr who took the time to fully examine her, prescribe her meds to fight off this nasty infection in her mouth and fully educate me on how to best help her recover. THANK YOU Sunny for listening, empathizing, and properly treating my sweet girl. we are so grateful!

Received a call from PCP nurse telling me they needed to schedule my son for appt and told me to come in the next day at 2:30 pm. I rearranged my schedule and had to pull my son out of school early which I DO NOT LIKE TO DO!! I am huge on education and only scheduled this time as it was an emergent appointment! When I arrived today for the scheduled appointment I was greeted by the rudest front desk secretary. They said that my son did not have an appointment although I repeated to nurse twice that the appointment was for today! When I asked the lady at the front desk she just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. I had to rearrange The dont smile, or greet like needed for a childrens clinic. They always look like they are angry to even be at work! Be grateful you have a freaking job!! Also its children. They should have a perma smile when greeting Children and parents!! Denver childrens hospital has impeccable customer service. Cheyenne childrens clinic has no idea how to treat and greet patients! No care in the world!
