after a not at fault wreck the way everything was handled I find myself switching insymurance company's. I feel farmers didn't have my back or fight to make sure I was fully compensated. I am stuck paying the rental fee after being told she was gonna get me a extension.

George and Carol have always been great to work with and very responsive to our needs and policy changes. One phone call and everything is done unlike some other agency's I've delt with.

I initially left a bad review over the confusing policy information I received through the mail where a driver who is no longer on my policy was still listed on my documents, and a vehicle that I drive daily was not listed on my documents. Mr. Mores reached out to me and assured me that I had not been driving the vehicle without insurance, that I had not been paying extra for the family member I removed from my policy months ago, and that the policy documentation will be corrected. I appreciate a company that will reach out to it's customers when there is a problem. So, I am changing my review and will provide an update once the policy documentation is in order.
