A pipe froze and broke causing $100,000+ in damage to the church building in January. There were some hiccups due to internal miscommunications at Church Mutual. These issues resulted in a delay on the payment (to us, so that we were not able to pay the mitigation company right away). Once that communication issue was discovered, the team at church mutual responded to us as needed and were helpful throughout the process.

Filed a claim after a school bus insured by this company backed into my parked vehicle, was contacted by a representative and told they were investigating on 12/19/2023 after waiting a few weeks and attempting to contact this company and leaving voicemails I have yet to hear back 3 months post accident, seems to be a horrible insurance company based on other reviews and my personal experience.

I have had nothing , but a constant struggle with Church Mutual . I had a workmanscomp claim from a work fall back in October. Instead of telling me they were going to deny my claim they dragged everything out for 5 months . They tried to say that my 2 broken toes injury was because of prior foot surgery . That is totally false . They may have a great rating for the companies they insure, but not for those who have been injured . They kept turning my case over to higher level adjusters , and rarely called me back
