I went on a Saturday at around 9 am and was the only person there. I was seen starlight away and told the lady all the tests I needed. She was very nice and very patient as I have issues with needles. She would have only had to poke me once, but unfortunately when we were paying she realized she forgot blood for one of the tests. I decided to get poked again for that which had to be same vein but she hit it again without needing to turn the needle or have to do a restick. Whole appointment took about 20-30 minutes which is to be expected when getting blood drawn. I also love how cheap the prices are compared to doing these tests through the hospital or other providers. Saved a ton of money. I think this place is very customer friendly and helps poor people like myself have access to medical results.

Lab tech was judgemental but the ladies at the front desk was very helpful and got me in very quickly

WY Health Fair is a circus.. They have appointment times scheduled 10 minutes apart. Please do not believe the schedule. The phlebotomist has to check people in at the counter. Same person has to check you in for the draw. They go through you order with you for payment. They process the payment the the do the blood draw. If you think this will happen in 10 minutes you are smoking something. I arrived at my appointed time and there eight people waiting in front of me.Then they are so overwhelmed they will screw up the order. I ordered A,B,C and only B,C. They said I didnt order A. They did not hear me order A. IMake sure the phlebotomist reads back to you what you are ordering. Please be prepared to wait 30 -40 minutes over your scheduled time.
