    image Having always been an active athletic person, taking care of my health I was skeptical Royal Figures could do much for me. Very few people have a more acute awareness of what their body is capable of than I did before hiring Royal Figures to find out what a refined nutrition plan could do for my fitness. To motivate myself I keep a fitness goal pretty much ongoing. A marathon, improving strength or taking up a new sport... Hailey guided me through a body building cut type diet. I have no problem losing weight at will BUT diet for me was always calories in and calories out, eating whatever I want. My Royal Figures diet was way less sugar, the right macros and supplemental nutrients for my body and progress ongoing. The difference with Royal Figures is I retained more muscle while losing more weight. For more than a decade I mostly did not eat during a workday because it takes time and I don't like the feeling of being slowed down or less focused because of blood sugar spikes. Hailey explained I need to fuel my body evenly throughout the day. Coming from always taking care of my body and being pretty much imbedded in the fitness community I learned a ton in relation to diet and muscle maintenance. Even off or in between Royal Figure's coaching, adapting what I learned to everyday nutrition is keeping me leaner while I put on lean muscle mass. Smaller 'clean' meals don't cause blood sugar fog or slowdown. Supplements never really impacted me, with my Royal Figures diet the supplements do seem to impact my energy and ability to maintain a high level of physical activity while losing weight.
    Hailey is not a gym rat turned trainer or nutritional consultant. With a four year degree in dietetics (I think) and earning her registered dietician right now, she is a unique intellect in the sports/performance/wellness world. She 'Gets it,' is more accomplished in the gym than most human beings and expertly relates to feedback then makes adjustments helping you reach goals steadily and painlessly. If you think you can manage yourself to the same performance level that Royal Figures can you are just mistaken. If you want to see what you are truly capable of hire Royal Figures and do exactly what they tell you.

    image I've always been active and in what I thought was good shape but never in my life have I had defined abs and I never really fluctuated much weight no mater what I ate. My goal was to get back to my "ideal weight" reduce my back pain and get healthier instead of gaining more weight over a winter. A friend of mine recommended Royal Figures and Hailey to put together a Diet plan. Needless to say I was skeptical to if it would work for me but over the years I had packed on about 20-25 lbs from what I would consider my ideal weight. I wasn't in good cardio shape as I'd get winded pretty quick and I had a bit of a beer gut. I started the meal plan and followed it closely along with some simple additions to my workout plan I was already doing and to my surprise I started losing fat and gaining strength. 7 weeks later I hit my goal weight and I couldn't be happier. I was surprised how much food I could eat and still be losing weight. I think I eat more food now than I did before but it's the right food at the right times. I highly recommend this service. The cost is a small price to pay for a healthier life. I'm excited to try gains next and see how meals change for different goals.

    image I can’t speak enough about Hailey. She took me in without question. She was eager. excited. passionate. and poured herself into me and my goals; because truthfully I didn’t really know what they were. Hailey gave me TOOLS to succeed and I complied. I was able to feed off of her critiques as she guided me toward a life I never knew was possible. I worked with Hailey through my entire prep as well as in my off season currently. As if I didn’t already have a world of respect for Hailey, prep made that even more clear; my personality reflects that of “keeping to myself”. Naturally I tend to be more reserved and keep my head down. I come from a family of athletes so if I was going to complain, I might as well quit. Unfortunately I take that too far at times and ignore things that maybe need to be discussed. Without hesitation, Hailey would randomly text me saying “I woke up and felt like I NEEDED to reach out to you this morning, talk to me. tell me how you are”. These things became regular at the most perfect of times. It’s like she knew, before I even knew. Hailey was, and will be, the key to every single achievement I overcome. This is so much more than a coach and a client; this is a lifetime of guidance. direction. trust. and success. Please reach out to her if you have any questions. You’ll feel that ray of sunshine from the very moment you contact her. I couldn’t imagine who i’d be without her and her support. “Thank you” won’t ever cover it, but i’ll bust my ass everyday to make sure she knows how valued she is.
