I could not be more impressed with Malbrit! My furnace went down in the middle of the night and by the time I woke up it was freezing in my house. I called them right away in the morning and they were to my house in 15 minutes. The technician quickly looked over my furnace and professionally communicated the issue, then fixed before I went to work for the day. Keep up the good work!

I am the maintenance supervisor for a local manufacturing company.  We had the A/c unit fail on a critical asset last week, Thursday, taking the asset out of service.  We are in our busy season and running overtime weekly and need to use that asset to support production. We called Malbrit around 8:00 am and they had a technician at our facility a few hours later.  It was determined that the a/c unit needed to be repaired at their facility.  We sent it along with their technician and they did the diagnosis first thing Friday.  I called for an update around 9:00 am.  The man I spoke with was familiar with the unit and the current state of the repair.  He advised me that they would update me when the repairs were complete.  Around 11:00 am, the technician called and said the repair was complete and could deliver the unit right away.We installed the unit about 11:30 and it fired up immediately with no problems.  We started running parts right away and the unit has been in production since.  I am so grateful to the folks at Malbrit for their commitment to customer service and their sense of urgency.  Our machine downtime was minimized and our impact on production was manageable.  They really went the extra mile to get us back up and running.
