Training was fine, but then it looked like he was was let go soon after training was over (desk was cleared out). You can't speak directly to auditors with questions. Any feedback you do have questions about audit results requires a long and drawn out process. Company looks for speed and accuracy, expecting a 99% return rate on both. Talking directly to management is discouraged, leaving you to type questions onto an Excel spreadsheet and waiting for a reply. Until then, you are required to follow a conveluted worksheet that reads two different solutions, leaving the user going in circles to try and find the solution that the auditor hopefully agrees with. Basically, it's a toss up between quality or quantity. Not a job for everyone, especially those who like to communicate directly with management, and are concerned about quality over quantity. Management will not guide you other than a few words of encouragement during reviews. But if you aren't making your numbers, be ready to be walked out.

I took my daughter there the other day, it was one of the best experiences of my life, the staffs are incredible.
