Shout out to Greg and the woman who did my mri today. I was very emotional with dealing with recent health diagnosis, and Greg held my hand the entire mri. He was my Christmas angel today.

Recently, Ive seen Renelle Staus NP and Hannah Huth PA both in urgent care on two different recent occasions. Both ladies were lovely and attentively listened to me.
Ive also recently seen Melissa Donahue NP in the clinic side and she has also been lovely. She took her sweet time with me during my visit and was very thorough.
I will say that having worked for Aurora and being a patient, the organization could really start focusing on updating their facilities and giving them a facelift. Some fresh paint, new carpeting, and getting rid of that dark dreary wood framing at the check-in desks would create a more inviting environment for this particular location.
With two mergers complete, itd be nice if all the hype and pride about expanding the organization could go towards making necessary improvements for the clinics and hospitals. Ive also been to Prohealth and Froedtert for medical services and they have much brighter, more inviting environments.

Usually seen in a timely manner. Caring staff and doctors. Never feel rushed. Very happy with Aurora Healthcare system.
