I didnt call for service but he showed up in my driveway and was inside my vehicle.
His van has no business name whatsoever.
I asked what he was doing and he replied he got a call and was checking the trucks vin number. The vin is easily seen on the windshield but he choose to open my vehicle.
The vehicle that he was called for was a white suv across the street. I have a gray pickup.
I wish 0 or negative ratings were an option. He broke into my vehicle very quickI guess that warrants one star.

If negative stars were an option, this guy would have them! A co-worker was waiting over 2 hours for another locksmith before calling Bob. The original guy arrived so we called Bob in hopes of catching him before he drove to us. Unfortunately, he was almost here so we agreed to give him $20 for gas for his trouble. When he arrived, he was very rude to my co-worker and me and threatened to call the police-he performed no service but thought it was fraud. He continued to be rude and even left a voicemail later trying to get $800 from us, saying that he did call the police. I can't recall a time where I received such poor treatment from a company. I am happy that I was with my co-worker so she didn't have to face that disrespectful treatment alone.

My daughter locked her keys in her car. I called, Bob was there in like 40mins! And his price was not bad!! 1/2 of what I thought it would be! Thanks for the help!!
