My sister and I hired these people to sell a house from our parents estate they were hard to deal with and get along with from the beginning we had to switch realtors due to the stuff going on second realtor better but did not explain the contracts when offers were made when asked she said we should ask well do we know what all that means in the contract. If they would not have sold the house I would have have signed another contract with them . Also on another note when the sale was final the buyer of the house asked the realtors to step out of the room and said he could not believe the way we were treated by them....

Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group office is filled with great real estate agents who know the business. I would highly recommend using any of their agents to help sell or buy your next home.

Could not have been happier with the experience I had with Judi Erickson! I like to say I got lucky! I called the Coldwell Banker office and asked for their available floor agent and we hit it off from there. She was kind and professional and beyond helpful every step of the way with any questions and suggestions that could have come up. Would recommend her over and over again!
