I am writing this review for a friend(Danny L.) who is elderly and not competent with computers the following is his words: They sent people that were not competent or well trained, I was supposed to have 7days a week care and they didn't have enough staffing for more than 3 days. They were also supposed to take me to doctors appointments but were so unorganized I missed two important doctors appointments that had been scheduled well in advance. Everything they possibly could do wrong they did.
In response to the reply from company: See above-mentioned, I am writing this for an elderly friend who asked for my help, he has stated to me that he recently switched companies to avoid any more mishaps with his care and because you did not take his complaints and concerns seriously when he tried to speak with you about it previously over the phone.

Unprofessional. Supposed to show up every day and so far have only shown up 33% of the time. No call when they weren't gonna show and the manager blamed it on the computer. Untrustworthy people

Synergy Homecare has been an awesome company to work for. I love the fact that your work hours can be flexible (part time up to full time) and they will work around upcoming appointments and/or taking vacations. The incentive bonuses are a plus also. They are a very caring group of people that I really enjoy working for.

The staff is very friendly. I am always informed if there are any changes and if I am okay with it. The caregivers are wonderful and caring. I would definitely recommend Synergy Homecare.
