      image They replaced windows in our home. Excellent job. Then we had a mental ill person next door throw something threw our two windows. Schroeder bro. Came right away, I mean right away. They cleaned up the mess.put temporary insulation on frames did measurements. They did such a great job. In our time of stress. I can't say enough good things about their service. Just thank you so much!

      image Waited two weeks for an estimate, they did not come, supposedly said they left a voicemail the night before .The day of the scheduled appointment, they never came, I had to call them, they stated "we left you a message ". Don't you think they would make sure they spoke to you about this ?. Very unprofessional. Waited for nothing.

      We understand your frustration and never want to inconvenience any of our customers. We apologize you did not receive our message to notify you of the situation. We are a small family-owned business with only one estimator and due to her unforeseen injury, we are unable to do in home estimates for the next couple of weeks. Unfortunately, we did not expect at this terribly busy time to be in a situation that we cannot provide the stellar service that Schroeder Brothers is known for. As we tried to explain we are able to provide you with an estimate, although we just needed a little information to do so. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience.
