While their work quality is excellent, don’t expect it to be done in a timely manner. Over 12 months ago I paid for a Generac generator from them. They told me it probably couldn’t be installed until the spring of 2023. They delivered it in Fall, 2022. I have been calling them repeatedly since April, 2023 about installation and all I get are promises. Meantime, more power outages and no backup.
