      image Gave up on taking my desktop there. It kept shutting itself off and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Claimed it was "tested" and fixed numerous times, but each time it shut itself off within a couple of days.

      We are sorry to hear that you are still having issues with your computer. You have an intermittent issue which is very difficult to diagnose. When the problem only occurs every few days it is difficult to find the issue as the components may pass the testing. After testing all your compounds tested wokring correctly. That unfortunately points to a software issue, an internal components or environmental issue. Environmental issue would include external component such as USB hubs, surge strip, cables, etc. and possibly even power from the outlet which is very rare to be the issue but is possible. Unfortunately, when components are working normally they may not fail our tests. We need to test them when they are in a failing state to verify, they have failed. We do use various techniques and tools to attempt to duplicate the issues during testing however that does not always work. Since all the hardware passed, we did eliminate software for you so if you are still having issues, it will an internal component or environmental. Since it takes days to occur at home, and we have yet to duplicate the issue in our shop I would recommend we try replacing the component(s) that are likely to cause the issue and see If that address the issue. Milwaukee PC does stand behind its work. With our 30-day labor warranty as well the parts we use to repair will also have a warranty on them.       image Courtney was in Racine ( apparently she isnt usually in Racine). She was wonderful, charming, and extremely helpful. In fact, she noticed my lap top was bulging, refused to let me leave until she checked the battery. Long story short, she probably saved me from a dangerous computer fire. She also cleaned up my google memory and gave me several helpful tips.

      image paid 50 bucks for a 30 minute diagnosis on my pc that would turn on and not boot and we had to wait 2 weeks and when we came back he said he let it run for 20 mins and did some other simple thing like unplugging stuff and trying to get it to work and he said i could be the cpu power supply or the motherboard 50 bucks and and he didnt even tell me new information everything here is a scam and overpriced do not go here he also had the audacity to put a Milwaukee pc sticker on my pc and it left sticky residue and i had to take 15 minutes out of my day to clean his sticker off

      Thank you for your review. We did determine the problem to be CPU or motherboard. The Power supplied tested normal. To determine if it was CPU or motherboard required additional diagnostics. We spoke to the person who dropped off the computer and they choose not to do additional diagnostics at that time. I do apologies that the diagnostic took 6 Business days to complete. This is higher than normal and is affected by how many computers come in for service. We do label the computers with your Name for identification purposes. We also label anything that holds Data and laptop power cords. The computer tag is usually taped on so no reside is left behind. I do apologize that residue was left behind on your system. Milwaukee PC does stand behind all our work so if you would like us to continue the diagnostics, we can defiantly do so for you.
