      image Without knowing anything about me, Without me ever having any bad experiences with them, they denied my ability to bid in an auction they had listed on HiBid. By the time email correspondence was over, the auction was almost over. Plus, they demanded that I change my addresses on my credit cards. Crazy.

      In our auction terms, it states that your billing and shipping address must match. This is for our protection and almost every other auction companies policy so we don't get scammed. You did not follow the terms so you were declined to bid. Our emails were on a Sunday and Monday and the auction ended Tuesday evening. We simply stated that if you wanted to bid with us, they must match. You chose not to do that so you were declined. Very simple. Please follow auction terms next time.
