PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! Make yourself a favor and dont even think to go to DentalWorks Pewaukee for orthodontist treatment. I cant believe that they dont have any reviews about how awful and unprofessional they are with orthodontist patients. They had one doctor that left in December and only had a schedule on Wednesday, I am an adult and I cant just leave work for this but I managed to fit my schedule. Well, when you think that things cant get worst, they get worse. The only doctor that they had for orthodontics left in December and now I have had no treatments for almost three months and their only answer is that they are interviewing new doctors. You would think that they have more doctors in the other office but they dont. My wires are now very long waiting for the new doctor that they have been cutting my gums and I had to go in person because they dont pick up the phone never and theyre only answer was that I have to wait. When I ask for a reimbursement, they said that they will ask and send me an email which they never did. Now I have to skip work again to go again and ask what happened with the reimbursement since the wire is already causing trouble to my gums and I need to switch practice as soon as I can or at least seen by someone that can help me with the wire, not to mention that my gums are now more swollen and my teeth getting stained for the prolongation of the treatment. The front desk lady has been always very rude and aggressive but now with this situation was even more rude. If you are looking for braces or Invisalign, please do not go to this clinic. Make your self a favor and avoid it while you still can. Insurance is a nightmare once you establish care. This is a very unprofessional practice!!!! They dont even pick up the phone so you have to go in person to ask about the orthodontist or to make claims!!!!!

I like this office, it feels more like a family business than a dental factory (Dental Associates). Ive had two procedures done here and they were perfect. Happy customer so far.

Friendly and efficient. Do not try to oversell or scare you into other procedures. They give you the facts you need to make your own decisions.
