Been coming to Graf Family Dentistry for the last 4 years or so, and am always incredibly impressed with the care I receive! Both Dr Michelle and Dr Tom are extremely friendly, and all of the hygienists/assistants are exceptional as well!

This really isn't a children's dentist office and not really kid friendly first off. Secondarily, on the phone while I was talking to a hygienist, I explained the situation where my 15 month old daughter chipped her front tooth, there was pain initially from the fall, but no pain at all after that with food or drinking liquids. I also said that I was looking to get it bonded and asked how that would all work. They explained to me that I would hold her in the chair, they would make it fun for her and do prizes and everything and may give her laughing gas if need be to get through the procedure. My husband arrives, they bring him and my daughter back and they tell him that they can't do what we requested because it would be too traumatic of an experience for her, looked at her teeth, gave her a toothbrush and charged us $63. Why didn't they tell me that over the phone?! This place is a complete joke and I don't recommend going here. Needless to say, we will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

I had x-rays, cleaning and exam and needed a filling and crown. I had made the appointments, then sold my home and moved 3 hours away. I asked for all my records to be forwarded to the new Dentist. The Xrays were sent but they refused to give out notes from the dentist on my record. I myself called, they said they would send, then refused to forward. The office acted like it was not in my rights to ask for the notes.

This place is wonderful, and I say that as a person who has a long-standing fear of dentists going back to my childhood. All of the staff are wonderful, kind, and patient. They are truly professional and welcoming. All of my family goes here and loves them.
