Had been looking for a new dentist and remembered hearing very positive things about Dr. Michaels. It was the first time I recall being excited to go to the dentist! I wasn't disappointed. Best decision I've made in a long time. And the staff were amazingly friendly and really on top of things!

Reasons why I needed to switch dentists:
1. My dentist was one of those in and out speed dentist offices. They didn’t take me seriously when I kept saying something was wrong with my tooth. They missed a bad infection.
2. The office dynamic stressed me out HEAVILY and I already have bad anxiety with dentist offices. It was very loud and they were so distracted they made several errors.
3. The actual dentist spent literally 1 minute with me the entire 2 hours I was at the office.
Reasons why I am so happy I found Dr. Michaels office:
1. Dr. Michaels is a SUPER chill dude. Calm, collected, he put me at ease. He was thorough, personal, and caught the infection I was struggling with.
2. The entire office is inviting and kind. Every single person helped with my anxiety. The ladies at the front are skilled and make the whole experience pleasant.
3. Jan gives very good cleanings, listened to me when I pointed out areas of concern, and explained things to me piece by piece.
4. Melissa is wonderful and I was so grateful she was the one assisting Dr. Michaels. She was so friendly asking me questions, that we found multiple things in common and it made the visit really pleasant.
