I am sorry to hear that you overheard a conversation that sounds like it was unpleasant. While we do strive to do the best and be the best at all times, we and our staff are human, and we do-at times-have human responses. With that said, it is of the utmost importance to the owners and staff that we present ourselves in a professional and courteous fashion at all times. We do strive to be the best that we can be to each other, and to our customers.

Feedback is something we depend on to continue to improve, as we are always striving to be better!With that said, we had over 200 walk-in customers yesterday, and filled almost 600 orders. Valentine's Day is our single busiest day of the year as a florist. At a boutique flower and small shop such as ours, we provide grab and go arrangements for those that want or need them, but the bulk of our orders filled are customized per what our valued customers would like. That is essentially the heart of what we do. Because of the fact that most of what we do is custom, there is an inherent wait with such things, particularly on Valentine's Day! Additionally, if you wanted something designed, a designer has to do this, and not everyone that works here is a floral designer. I would suggest, in the future, if you use any boutique flower shop, call or place an order ahead of time if you do not want to wait. Even on non-holidays, you will wait for a designer to work on an arrangement for you if you do not place an order ahead of time. That is the case for any flower shop like ours. As one of the owners, as well as one of the employees here- I was one of the employees right alongside the other dedicated and hardworking ladies out there yesterday working their tail off to fulfill everyone's Valentine's wishes. I saw nothing but sweat and endless efforts on their parts to do everything possible to make our customers happy. It is disappointing to hear of your negative experience. All of our employees put their heart and soul into each and every arrangement we do, working extra-long hours and much overtime to fulfil all of these orders.
