The bad - Very pricey. We were charged $450 as two W2 earners for a basic joint tax return - a ridiculous price if you are familiar with the greater Milwaukee market. We had every necessary tax document organized for our accountant. I was given a vague response when asking about the pricing structure after I saw the bill - its more of an hourly rate. This rate must have been $500/hr in our case.
I recommend getting quotes from a couple local accountants and try to pin down a flat-rate pricing structure to avoid getting gouged like we did.
