Honestly I really like Matt he has always been reasonable as far as time and price and in a small town I know that sometimes isn't the case I will continue to bring my vehicles to Southside as long as I live in Mercer ❤️

While up in Mercer for a fishing tournament this past fall a wheel bearing went on my F350. South side got it fixed up ad even saved me money on parts. The better part of the story is that when I dropped it off I informed them that it was hard to start when it was cold (diesel). When they called to tell me it was done he informed me that I had some bad injectors causing my ruff starts. Even after I had spent $4000 at a well regarded diesel shop in Franklin WI the year before for this problem I replaced the injectors and it starts great now. Nice to know there are still good honest people out there. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Honest and affordable.
A few years ago the water pump went on my parents truck while on vacation, it’s hard to find a good place to take your car when your out of town, luckily they found Matt, he was very fair with his pricing.
This year I had problems with the gear shift on my car so we went to Southside again and again Matt did a great job. If your in the area and need repairs I’d go here.
