We have a system that was installed 7 years ago by The Tailored Closet by the previous owners of our home. One of the anchors started pulling out of the wall and the whole thing was warping. Tailored Closet got a somebody out to look at it the same day, and fixed it by the end of the week. Aaron was amazing, he replaced the anchors, replaced several of the pieces on the wall, and now it's better than ever. They honored their 10 year warranty and it didn't cost us a thing. Cannot speak highly enough of their customer service, kind and skillful technicians, and quality of work! Will be recommending them to everyone I know!

We are very happy with the mudroom and thank all of the team that helped get to this point. Julee and Leah were so great to work with in the planning and tweaking process. They really spent time to make sure the project was what we wanted. Tim was excellent and so prompt in helping with our scheduling issues, and then Will and Craig were great the day of the project. I would definitely recommend The Tailored Closet of Madison for your next project, they just completed our master closet which turned out beautiful, Peter and William the installation guys were very conscientious and professional.
