This place is no help at all what so ever. They give you the run around and never have answers to anything why are they open.

Unable to reach anyone regarding a renewal sub license. If WI is in desperate need for subs, why is it so difficult to renew the license? Why do you need a transcript from the 80's that you already have?

I have yet to receive my teaching license because they misplaced my fingerprints. I applied for my license a year ago. I received an email about 8 months after my application that I needed to resubmit my fingerprints. Prior to this they had not contacted me at all and finger print verification only lasts 6 months according to the Wisconsin Department of Justice.
They promise to return calls within 24-48 hours. I called 2 separate times within a period of two weeks and still have yet to hear a response. I am not impressed with their customer service for licensing. I had to call a different extension in DPI and got transferred to the licensing supervisor's mailbox. I have yet to speak with a real person.
