On 1/3/23 I will be 68yo. I started BeMoved in 2019--absolutely wonderful for range of motion, balance, and core strength PLUS really fun music! Then I joined teen/adult tap, and in 2022 I started teen/adult hip hop and jazz. The studio is spacious; teachers are excellent, classmates are awesome even though I'm [by far] the oldest in class. Moving to music makes me feel joyful and I love the energy at MPDC! Everyone I've met at MPDC is friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
