HORRIBLE customer service!!! They are not letting people try on clothes due to covid19, which is kind of understandable - they let people touch the clothes though 🤷🏻‍♀️ I was told that I could try on some jeans at home and then return them for a full refund. I returned jeans three times as I couldn’t find ones that fit. On the third time they said I couldn’t get a refund, just store credit. That’s not what I was told before I made the transaction. I’m frustrated because I talked to the manager who told me she it’s just the way it is and couldn’t do anything about the situation.

I really dislike shopping for jeans. That said, I had such a great experience at the Lucky sore at Hilldale a couple weeks ago. The owner was so hands on, listening to the fit I like, and serving as my personal shopper, bringing me various styles and sizes to try on. She actually made the experience fun and I left with two super cute jeans. Thanks for your amazing customer service!
