      image "Understaffed" sign at the desk. But Braden(?) stood at a lane with 3 people (who weren't training) for at least 25min. He was more concerned with his nails and talking than he was with actually working.

      image I have been in the store 3 times different times. Today was 12:30 in the afternoon the service counter has been temporarily closed. I was over charged so I need to talk to someone at the desk. Terrible customer service.

      image I come here in the evenings usually, at that time there are 0 human cashier's. On a very busy Saturday morning there's 1. While they have 10 self checkout lanes, they have 1 human. I stood in line for about 15 minutes for that person. Give humans some more hours Kroger!
