Horrible customer experience. Havent been here in 5 years because of this incident. They demanded I pay them what I owed in cash after I went negative after a couple of weeks (Car insurance auto payment), Then when I had a PERFECTLY good check to give them to put into my account. They demanded I went and cashed it elsewhere. Then bring them back cash. Ive been with a new bank and have never had a problem with them in the 5 years since. Where as I would have problems with this bank every other month. Do not bring your money here. I wont lie, they give out great loans, but everything else is a 0/10 Rating..

We have been members for over 10 years and the services are just going from bad to worse, the whole delve serve drive thru is a show on its own! Now they have 6 lanes 2 working machines that barely work. Going in to see someone is a joke they have a long lines and a crazy wait times to speak to someone. Just overall disappointed!
