Jamie Rae is so amazing! She helped me with finding out what I needed to do in order to get my finances together! She is so positive and kind in the process and never made me feel judged or dumb! She is amazing and all the staff there are quick to help with a smile!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would have. Advia credit union has been my own personal Hell through my entire banking journey thus far. The website isnt user-friendly your account information is hard to come bye. Its borderline impossible to speak to a person over the phone, And the cherry on top actions can be made on your account months before notify you.
I would not recommend, and I definitely wouldnt recommend to new bankers

I've had great service from Advia for years.
I'd give them a 5 star rating, except that twice I've tried to make additional payments for principal only on my mortgage and twice it to took tax and interest.
