Dr. Rak was amazing, she was so helpful and so kind. Greta chairside manners and really did everything she could to help me out today. I hope to keep her as my eye doctor and my future childrens.

My optician was wonderful and amazing, but the rest of the staff was indeed lacking. The only correct information I got was directly from the application. Both women who I had to deal with during payment and explanation of my prescriptions gave me misinformation and insisted they were correct when in fact they were wrong. After realizing that they were wrong one of them actually reprimanded me for my attitude! Amazing that she has a five-year award made of acrylic on her desk and she knows nothing about customer service. You cannot disagree with these women because they will fight you on it whether they are wrong or not. I'm hoping that by next year they both get fired. I did read other reviews on this store and they were not good. I've been going to this same place for about 5 years and I absolutely love the optician. It's unfortunate that he has to work with people who do not know what they're doing.

The best prices on lenses, I recommend them

Warning: bad product bad service
Take your business elsewhere.
Over 6 months with no refund.
I picked up a pair of sunglasses here in April. By July they were already broken.
I wore them barely 10 times. Tony was unwilling to replace them.
Avoid this place and it's very low quality products and rude associates.
Tony at this location offered an insulting deal of 10% off of a replacement. Jessica then changed it to a 30% off deal
The above paragraph is America's Best's lousy response to this complaint.
Both of these "deals" are basically the same cost as a new exam and buying a whole new set of 2 glasses.
Definitely best to go elsewhere. Spend more money for better customer service and better glasses
