Update got a call back. If you try reaching Zbest, may be best if you don't hear back to try again. Sometimes issues with Voicemails getting thru. Vendor will get me worked into their schedule to have fence repaired. Waiting for a call back to replace posts that have rotted out. Replace Cedar with steel post. Concrete only in bottom and posts are rotting out above concrete because concrete was not filled to the top of hole. Hopefully get repairs done soon and get it back to normal. We chose Z Fencing to replace our wooden fence with a vinyl fence because they installed many fences in and around our neighborhood. Their fences stood out to us as really clean, modern, even, and sharp-looking.
Jason and his team showed up on-time/10 minutes early to our site each day. Each time we peeked outside, they were working very hard. We had email communication with Jason throughout the process and responses were always very quick and fully answered our questions...specifically where our materials were in the shipping process, exactly when to expect them to show up for install, etc. Many other landscapers we have worked with have been frustrating with little communication, so Jason and his team made this process the last thing we had to worry about and something very exciting to look forward to! Would 10/10 recommend them and have already been recommending them to friends! :) Service: Vinyl fence installation

My neighbor and I purchased fences 6 years ago. We purchased an expensive fence. Upon estimate and installation we received prompt service and return phone calls. After the fence was installed and problems began occurring for both of us. We both would call and never receive a return phone call. After the first year my gate was completely dragging on the ground and would not open and close. The posts were not installed properly. After several phone calls that first year, another neighbor of mine called for an estimate for their yard. They responded and arrived promptly. My neighbor got his estimate and then asked him to come look at my gate and asked why they had not come to fix it. So they did a temporary fix hoping to obtain my other neighbors purchase. They pushed the posts in the opposite direction and added more dirt. Well needless to say that has not helped. All the fence posts are heaving badly. They have all raised a good 8 inches or more. Last summer my neighbor coincidentally got him to come to their house. They must have forgotten they installed the fence. We were both present at the time and he said they would come fix the posts. After he left we never heard from him again and my neighbor called several times. This year my neighbor had damage done to her fence by a storm and the insurance company is dictating they use the original installer. He showed up at her property to give her the estimate of repair, and I have called about having him fix the fence posts. We will see what happens. At this time, I would not recommend anyone purchasing a fence and installation from this company.
I should have added this to my review last fall. Last September, 2018, I hired someone to come and take out my fence gate and re-install it. Upon the removal we discovered there were no posts inside the vinyl sleeve for the post. So all of the posts are only the vinyl sleeve in about 15 inches of concrete. My gate was reinstalled with posts inside the vinyl sleeves. The posts were fitted up the to the bottom of where the fence panel connects. It was too costly to have the rest of the fence pulled out and posts installed. The remaining posts were pounded down for the time being.
