Food and service was excellent. Got Aussie fries which are covered in cheese and bacon ,it's listed as an appetizer but was huge and awesome. Steak was cooked perfectly. Was quite pleased.

I havent even made it to the table yet and Im already put off by the fact that the employees cant seem to be bothered to wear a mask. Front-of-house employees lack proper attitudes that make you feel welcomed in the establishment and they also obviously lack the courtesy towards their customers safety.

The staff was rude and pushy. We got there within closing time and was pushed to order, eat and pay the bill. I asked for to go boxes seeing I didn't get to finish my food and I felt uncomfortable trying to eat but be pushed out the door.

The food was overcooked and the waiter was no help at all. My steak was supposed to be medium and it was burndt. The appetizers were cold and didn't even get the right kind. Asked the waiter to call the manager over and he just ignored us so we had to ask someone else for the manager. He finally came to the table and when we showed him our food his answer was its busy. Yet the restaurant wasn't even 20% filled. The service is terrible and the food was even worse. Will never go back to that restaurant and DEFINITELY NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GOOD PLACE TO EAT COUNT THIS ONE OUT!!!!!!!!

Me and the Archway brick and tile crew arrived 11 strong all sitting at the bar. Our bartender (Jenny) was an absolute pleasure to have as a server. She took very good care of us. At the end of our meals we all went back to the hotel well fed, in high spirits, and assured that we would and should come back to the restaurant for another bite or drink. We all did it at some point throughout the week go back and grab another bite. I highly recommend this location.
