Located in a nice spot by lots to do. Just down from a fleet farm no less. Rooms are nice, pool is nice, staff is nice. Meeting room could use some updating. It seems it is under change of management/ownership to become Comfort Inn.
It was very difficult to find in the dark. Google Maps has it located correctly, but, it has no lighted sign and sits off the street behind a gas station and strip mall. There is a temporary banner, with the hotel name, mounted above the canopy, but it is not visible at night. To approach it in the dark it looks more like a residence apartment than hotel.
Laundry service did not work, but, front desk will wash and dry your laundry for $5/load.
Ice machines were not functioning.
There is re-finishing happening in parts of the hotel.
Pool/Jacuzzi hours are 9am-9pm, which is somewhat restrictive.
The rooms are quite large, clean and comfortable.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Overall it is an nice place to stay.
I am sure it will improve once the refinishing, repairs and change over is complete

They get the dinosaur tech things, like crisp clean sheets, etc.. However, they fail at a few things:
*Wi-Fi is totally unacceptable. Routinely difficult to connect and stay connected. Haphazard spotty coverage. If internet connection is crucial to your work, do not stay here.
*Their coffee is absolutely HIDEOUS, but there is a Starbucks next door. (No orange juice, lemonade sucks but cranberry is fine.). Breakfast otherwise is fine.
[EDIT: The O.J. dispenser was repaired, coffee is still bad (cold and/or no labeling of dark vrs. med. roast and overall poor taste). Milk was also curdled, but subsequently replaced.]
*Gas station next door, but Zero Class II EVSEs, i.e.: EV chargers.
(Note: This MIGHT be fixed in future. Owner is alleged to have an EV, and building is under renovation as this is being written.)

Holiday Inn Express in Germantown is now called Germantown Inn  Soon it will be called something else.  Made reservations in July and it was still with IHG.Check-in was fine.  We drove several hours and had a couple before a wedding. Went to lay down and there was a sky jack moving outside our window. Beeped the whole time. No rest for us. Left reception early to get some rest. Walk all the way to find our room keys went green but wouldn't open the door. No one at the front desk. Rang bell 3 times and I told the young lady. She came down used her key and it did the same thing. Finally, she got it open. Our adult Son went to buy a pop from the machine ar 3 a.m. He took both keys and was locked out. Had to wake us up to answer the door. Then, 7 a.m. get a call from the front desk asking my first or last name. I paused(Talked with this man the day before and knew his voice) he asked if it was Kathy? I told him no.The shower head needed to be descaled big time. Had only dribbles of water coming out. Our room had a hair dryer my sisters room didn't. They had to borrow ours. Found blood on the bedspread.Our fridge frozen everything in it. My sister's didn't get cold. When we had everything out of the room I Checked the keycards.. They didn't work again. Went for breakfast. Fridge that had milk, hard boiled eggs and yogurt wasn't at the right temp. Milk cartons were not cold. Tried one and milk was room temp to warm. Yogurt the same way. I went to the front desk and the gentleman looked up for a second. I let him know whomever is in charge of food service needs to temp the fridge because it was not at the right temp.He told me it was the coffee people. Then went back to what he was doing. (I didn't tell him that I have a National Food Management license and extensive food management experience).Hot food also was not at the right temp.I am a IHG member and was very disappointed . I had to pay up front when I made the reservation and do not feel I got what I paid for.Most of the other staff was polite and courteous .
