I would not go here again. Nurse does not listen to patients when they try to tell her something. She writes down her own words on paperwork. I'm glad I switched doctor. What a nightmare. And then tells you to make an appointment to change it. No they should of listened to what I was saying the first time.

I would not recommend going here unless it is absolutely needed. I dealt with a rude nurse from the moment I walked in. I also dealt with being over charged due to incorrect coding. Once that got corrected, I still had to pay a significant amount out of pocket because I was not informed that there was an additional fee for new patients even though I only scheduled my yearly physical check up when I made the appointment. If it is your first time going or if you are only going for a physical do not mention any additional pains or issues, even if they ask, because you will get charged a lot for mentioning it. And even if you do mention it they will not look into any of the pains or issues but will charge you as if they did.

My wife went here for her first physical and had a horrendous experience. The staff were unprofessional and disrespectful. Her physician was misleading about appointment costs and intentionally coded the visit incorrectly to evade insurance coverage. Truly disappointed that we have an institution like this operating in the community. If you choose to visit, please proceed with caution and verify everything the staff tells you with a third party.
