Brad and Nick were awesome to deal with. Very down to earth people who are willing to help in any way they could. I highly recommend contacting them for any boating need and I look forward to working with them again. Their pricing was beyond fair and lower than any other dealership I had contacted.

Jeremy and Brad at Mr Os made my first boat buying experience amazing!
I cant comment enough on the amazing customer service I have received from Jeremy Jost and Brad in finance at Mr Os.
I live out of state and a five hour drive away , I was extremely nervous buying a first boat without being in person. Despite cold weather and being close to the holidays, Jeremy sent me tons of videos and pics. He repeatedly took my calls and answered all my questions patiently. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the boat he gave me all the time I needed to do a video chat virtual walk around with a friend to inspect the boat. Then he gave me detailed instructions on how to install the travel cover, things to watch out for while trailering the boat, and let me know that the service team had repacked the bearings on the trailer for the drive home.
All of this happened a day earlier (and near closing time),then was scheduled, due to inclement weather coming in. Even after the sale was complete, Brad has continually assisted me in getting the boat titled and registered out of state. I cant recommend these two enough. I work in sales and am extremely critical when I receive poor customer service so believe me when I say: If your looking for a new or used boat and want to be treated right go to Mr. Os and ask for Jeremy Jost. Thanks guys for making my buying experience great!
