My wife and I went to Shaker's on Friday at 7 p.m. because we had heard some good things. We sat at a table and it took a good five minutes before the one person who was working behind the bar -- there were no servers on a Friday night at dinner time -- to come to our table. After getting menus, it the bartender even longer to come back to take our order. It had been 45 minutes since we ordered when I went up to the bartender, who was way more concerned about the patrons saddled up to the bar then us, to ask him how much longer it would take to get our food. "Seven minutes at the most," he said. We waited almost 10 more minutes, and the bar was luck we didn't just leave, before the bartender came back over and we threatened to leave. He tried to apologize profusely and it took a few more minutes to get our food. We finally took the food to go because we were sick of waiting there. The bartender tried to tell us that he gave us one of the burgers for free, but in actuality he messed up the price on the first burger and overcharged us and we had a couple for half off the second burger -- so we still paid $13 for our food. Then he tried to make things right by offering us some free food if we wanted. We were really fed up of waiting and didn't want to wait any longer even for free food. It was a horrible experience and hopefully no one else has a similar experience. Customer service for those who want dinner is something Shaker's isn't good at in the least bit. Avoid this place for dinner at all costs.

Regarding 'BACON Infussed Burgers: fantastic! I had lost my appetite, went to Shakers, ate my first BACON Infussed Burger, the best burger I had (we're talking 50+ years). Regained appetite, and been eating, and eating, and eating since (I need more weight on my bones)
