Clay and his company have always done any job above and beyond any implied requirements on top of fulfilling the contract completely.
They are very professional, very careful of shrubbery and anything else around the house and picked up every spec of materials and waste from the property.
This is a locally owned company and the whole team responds very quickly to any concerns or questions one might have. Clay personally sends texts and emails on any day, including Sunday when it's necessary.
Even more importantly Clay and his team work with your insurance company so that you don't have to do anything. If there is a denial clay and his people work very hard to change the mind of the insurance companies with photo proof of what they're saying. I know this personally as my daughter was refused a new roof because of hail damage. Clay and his Representatives presented the insurance company with the proof the insurance company wanted and won the case.
I continue to recommend this company to anybody that I can including all of my family.

Responsive, prompt, and transparent with their bid and work.Their initial estimate anticipated needing special equipment because of the height and access to our roof. Ultimately they didn't need to use the equipment, so the total bill came in at half of the initial estimate. Everyone on the team was helpful and easy to talk to. They'll definitely be the first people I reach out to next time I need any roof work done!
