Ive had the same doctor since I was born and hes great dont get me wrong, but his assistant nurse and the refill nurse that always respond to the messages on the portal are very unprofessional! Asked for a prescription filled as im an hour and a half away from home for college and instead of keeping it the same they switched it to a new brand which the brand i was on initially was for a reason. As for my family doctor hes great, his assistant and refill nurse (darla) are SO unprofessional!

I highly DO NOT recommend visiting this clinic in a short-term capacity (no experience with long-term, but my hopes aren't high). We needed an x-ray of broken finger, but to save money, we made an in-clinic appointment rather than urgent care. We walked away with incomplete information and potentially incorrect information and NO medical records. We were told to see orthopedics to follow-up, but the medical records were not sent with us. Our attempts to get our medical records from that one appointment were stress-filled and lasted almost a WEEK. In the meantime, we didn't know how to treat what turned out to be a completely broken finger. We still don't have x-rays, but we did finally get an x-ray report. They did not properly label the x-rays as urgent, so they were going to make us wait 7-10 business days to get the x-rays - meanwhile, we still didn't have information from them on what to do in the meantime. They were not quick to respond or helpful, even when I was brought to tears by trying to get information from them with NO response. Had to have my husband call to get it done. Save yourself time and money and don't go here.

I usually come here to see my regular doctor. Which is always ok.
But I came here for urgent care and it was such a poor experience. They sign you up for a appt time, no walk ins. But waited over an hour to be seen for the initial check in with nurse and another 40 minutes by the doctor. Each time I asked how much longer, they just say a few more minutes and in my opinion used a very dismissive tone. One of the nurses tried to tell me I wasnt here at my appt time. Which I was here 5min earlier.
Then she changed it to other ppl are late and it pushes things back. I can understand that. But there needs to be a better system there
