I requested flowers on behalf of several relatives (living in Australia) for the Visitation. Flowers were on time and beautiful. However Rachels Rose omitted one of the families who were sending the flowers on the card attached to the flowers. That family was understandably disappointed . I immediately pointed this out (by email) and expected at least an apology. No respondence whatsoever. Not very professional. Poor customer communication lowered my rating.

As far as not responding to your e-mail we never received it in our regular e-mail, I found it in our spam folder when we were alerted of your review.
