Outstanding experience & so easy! We needed to order flowers to be delivered in Burlington for a birthday. Found Gia Bella Flowers via a Google search. Went on their site and selected the flowers. They had them delivered before noon. Thank you guys! She loved them!

Beautiful floral arrangements and healthy looking plants. There are some gifts and votive candles for purchase.
If you are in Burlington, it's worth a stop if you are having a wedding or need a corsage for homecoming/prom.

I have used Gia Bella and worked with Toni for a few years now on multiple events and has exceed my expectations every time! The centerpieces for my son's Harry Potter themed birthday party turned out wonderful! Thank you so much Toni for taking on the challenge flawlessly and helping make my son's party so special

Nov, 2023 brides.
unfortunately, I shouldve trusted my gut when we went for our initial consultation and they completely forgot our appointment, had no idea who we were or why we were there. so we did it in the middle of a hot chocolate run, people coming in and out while we were trying to talk. We decided to give her another chance, anyways. I wish we hadnt. I had to bother Toni multiple times to even get me an invoice so i could finish paying. Endless excuses as to why she was so late getting it to me. Finally got the invoice barely two weeks before it was due. Had no idea what time then she was even planning to come on the day of the wedding, *I* had to reach out to her to figure out when she was coming the day before. She was late getting there and then again had issues with the placement of flowers on the arch. Blamed the venue for a bad arch (it was not sturdy - i agree), however it couldve been done much nicer. My sister had to ask our coordinator to make her come back to fix the patchy job she did - zip ties exposed and all. Which again, acted like was the biggest pain of her life. Highly, highly disappointed. Zero empathy and infinite excuses. Thank GOODNESS the flowers were beautifully put together.
