Diane is terrific. I called regarding a current rental reservation, and she took the time to help me. She made the experience quick, and easy and was genial in the process. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this location.

Don't bother making an appointment, because they will ignore it. We went in for a 2pm appointment for my fiance's wedding attire. A woman greeted us, didn't ask our name to confirm the appointment and didn't realize we were there for selecting his rental attire. She thought he was a groomsman in another wedding. They were catering to the teenagers there for prom. Literally 4 people walked by us and not one provided any input for his attire selection. You could tell they forgot we were there. They quite literally threw fabric swatches at us and then walked away. They sent over a 16 year old boy, who nervously admitted it was his first day to answer any questions we had. The poor kid! Who was training him? My fiance wasn't encouraged to try anything on. They lost the form they had us fill out (we literally filled it out minutes before). Extremely disappointing that quite literally everyone else was being helped but us, we will not be back ever. If I have any sons and they need a suit rental 20 years from now, I will refuse to give them service. Men's Warehouse in Brookfield is a HELLSCAPE. :)
