Rock solid service from the moment I made my initial call through the install of the system. This company is insured and there was no pressure to buy. The installers were on time, respectful of my home, and walked me through the installation to ensure I was onboard. Everything was clean after they left. If my family members need such a system I will make sure to refer this company to them as they are reliable and trustworthy. Great job!

Took my vacuum to A1 and Kathy V. was terrific. She was very attentive and after listening to me describe what was happening she took a look while I waited. She figured out the problem and had it fixed in a relatively short time. I highly recommend the Appleton store, especially Kathy.

We just had A-1 Radon and Vacuum do the mitigation involving our Radon problem. We tested several weeks ago and it was in the danger zone. I contacted A-1 Radon and Vacuum and found the owner to be very responsive and informative about what needed to happen. The workers showed up and installed our system within an hour. Excellent workmanship and friendly staff who were willing to explain to me what they needed to do. Highly recommend them for your Radon project.

Thanks so much for Adam, getting team out in short notice and install mitigation system fairly fast. It bring down our high level radon in basement down to less then 1.0 level in few days.
Very professional install and left place clean. 5 Star team.
