If you're new to town, and looking to rent for a year before buying as we are, these people are amazing to deal with. We dealt with several property management teams, even got approved by a few, but when we expressed an interest in a place, they never called us back. Even after several calls and emails on our part. PMI was accessible if we had a question, we could call and talk to people, instead of waiting for a call back or an email. Even after all is said and done, I was able to get copies of our lease, our ledger for payments and everything associated with our rental. Amazing people to deal with.

Word of advice: read how the company responds to tenants through reviews before rentingtheres a reason they are so defensive. I would rather be homeless than to feel like a prisoner in my own home because of PMI again. I waited until the property was bought and PMI is gone (thank god). To protect myself from them attacking me, I have every email, phone call, voicemail, text, property meld, etc saved including a phone call of Karen screaming at me calling me stupid. 90% of attempted communication was ignored, please do your research on the company before renting New property manager took care of everything within a month when PMI didnt do anything for 9 months.
Response to PMI: the garage door was not fixed for MONTHS and we had to park on the road which we know is illegal but we were guaranteed two parking spots (ONE GARAGE SPACE ONE DRIVEWAY SPACE) in our lease and only had one for months because PMI was wouldnt fix our garage. If PMI wants to keep bashing me I will be posting all phone calls, emails, and messages on google for everyone to see. This includes the electricians, maintenance, and plumbers telling us PMI has done nothing but harass them as well. The melds were not done, I have every single request we put in screenshot and most didnt get done until our new property manager came in! Our front porch still leaks when we were told it would be done before we moved in in February. Stop harassing everyone behind a computer PMI or Im going to put you on blast. This is ridiculous how you treat people.
