I ordered the Coverspa III brackets for me swimspa. Attached per instructions and watched a video to make sure I put the brackets on correctly. Everything was great until about a week later when I opened the hot tub in the early morning. Came back a few hours later and the cover was on the ground. Clearly it was a defective bracket as the pool side stayed open no issues. Dealing with support they are unwilling to send me a replacement. Can't get a supervisor on the phone and am being asked to resend pictures of the damaged brackets. I'm opening a dispute with my credit card company. Masterspaparts.com is a shady company. Do not buy anything from them.

I found replacement parts for my spa cover that I couldn't find elsewhere. My order came in less than 24 hours, amazing.

Called customer service 5 mins after placing an order! He was very rude and abrupt and told me he would cancel my order! We’ll he never did, received email that it’s been shipped! Guess they think I’m paying a restocking fee then to return it! Total rip off! Buyers beware!

I have had exceptionally good service from Master Spa Parts. They have had the items that I need for my new Swim Spa and have provided excellent support. They are very knowledgeable. I had one issue with a defective part and it was exchanged with no problems.

We ordered a new motor and pump for our hot tub. We paid for fast shipping as we needed it for a house warming party. The motor they send almost started on fire. We opened it up and found loose wires throughout the motor. We had no choice but to pull the pump off and use our old motor. When we called. They said there is nothing they will do since we took it apart. All I want is an exchange and they refuse to help. I have always used them but will NEVER buy from them again.
