, they claim in their ads they'll work with you to make lt work for a loan. In my recent experience it is very untrue!!! I bank with them but not for much longer.

Walked and was greeted a receptionist and she asked what we were there for, and then had someone else take of us in less than 3 minutes!;
It took only about 8 minutes for us to get our deposit box out of the vault and check what we were looking for and then exit the vault and leave the premises!
