      image I just wanted to say that the branch manager here (i believe her name is Chris?) is wonderful. She is kind, quick, efficient, personable, and a joy to work with. Shes helped us with multiple things including getting my maiden name changed to married name, ordering checks, etc. shes always so willing to help and genuinely kind.       image I needed my check cashed so I could get items for my home, but they were not willing or able to do this for me. The atm is constantly not working correctly. And the team behind the counter is by far very unhelpful on any transaction I've made at this bank. Chase is going into the ground and I'm ready to close all my accounts.
