Grossly incompetent customer service agents will give you incorrect information. They will charge you for services not rendered. Low starting rates, and then a steep hike for loyal customers. Use Starlink instead if you can get it.

If I could give these shitbirds zero stars, I would. I pay for internet speeds I don't get. They flat out refused my request to go digital with my bill and instead I get about 40 pieces of junk mail from them each month. I was bombarded with phone calls threatening to cancel my account on one occasion where I forgot to pay the bill after two days - TWO DAYS. I'd rather have dial-up than give these people more of my money. They're a predatory monopoly.
