We hired Creative Construction to perform the pre-purchase inspection of our home, including wood-boring pests, and we could not be more satisfied. The owner, Mike, arrived ahead of time at the location (a 1+ hr drive for him) and spent 3.5hrs on site going through and around the property with me. His 30yrs experience in the home inspection trades really paid off. He found numerous problems I would have missed and made many many helpful suggestions. His report was thorough and accurate. A++!
