Horrible! Set up appointments to fix bad internet connection, the appointment window was from 1-5pm long, and they never showed up, never called. So I took a half day off of work to get my internet fixed, and they stood me up... TWICE!!! no call, no notice, no show... they just don't care. And when I called to find out why they stood me up without calling, after 10 minutes of being bounced around their automated call system and finally getting a live person, their response was to ask me to lock into a 3 year contract with them for better service!!!!!!!!!!! At least once or twice a month I spend an hour or 2 on the phone with them, troubleshooting. I think I'd rather shove rods of dried spaghetti through my eyeballs than have to deal with them anymore.

Be warned DO NOT PAY UNTIL JOB IS COMPLETE!!!
Horrible. I had internet installed in December of 2021. When they installed the internet on December 12th, they never buried the line. It is now March 8th 2022, and this internet line is STILL NOT BURIED. This internet cable runs from my house, to the road, passing through 22 other backyards. We have children who play in these backyards and there is a huge wad of this internet cable underneath a trampoline in my NEIGHBORS YARD!! This is a HUGE liability for comcast/ xfinity. We have called 7 different times. We have had appointments set, 6 different times, and every time the technician doesnt show up. I have had a my full of XFINITY and the absolute incompetence of the technicians and staff locally. I will be cancelling and choosing to go with another provider as it is extremely clear that we are not valued customers.

I am trying to call someone at the Xfinity office. My cell phone will not work, therefore I cannot get text messages. I need to talk to an agent please.

Young lady at the Commons was very professional and helpful. I returned 2 cable boxes and keeping internet along with the Flex that Xfinity offers. I hope that both boxes were scanned in for the return? Unable to call that location is the only issue. Otherwise great service online and in store.
